If you need to return an item, please fill out the returns slip included in your order and email atoilee@outlook.com informing us of your return.

Returns must be made within 28 days of the date of your order being placed.

Returns must be sent via a tracked service such as royal mail tracked 48.

Returns must be sent in suitable packaging to prevent damage to the product(s)

Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following criteria:

• Item must be unworn, free of stains, makeup, and odours.
• Item must have original tags still attached.
• Item is not damaged and is in a suitable condition to be re-sold
