Returns Policy

To complete a self serve return, log in below.

returns must be made within 28 days of placing your order.

Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage to the product.

Items must be unworn, free of stains and odours.

there is a return shipping flat fee of £5 which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

To complete an exchange for a different size or colour, email atoilee@outlook.com

Items exchanged must also meet the returns criteria above.
